Our Story

Hi! I am Prajakta with a primary passion to gorge on food. Feeling unfulfilled of the tech job I had, I took a plunge to follow my passion, staged at a couple different restaurants before starting an Indian-inspired ice cream business in Seattle.

Sookh was started with an intention to whole heartedly choose to do what you LOVE. My flavors are inspired by my love for highlighting Indian ingredients with a touch of creativity to reflect upon my travels across the country and elsewhere.
